She worked 6 hours. Now, 1 click.

The sales director did everything manually — collect, modify, validate, reorganize, control, centralize — on Excel, project by project. 6 steps × number of projects. Every week. The same thing.

Now: one script per task → turned into a bot → she makes one click to execute everything. She triggers. She validates. The bot executes. Not the other way around.

4 hours became 30 minutes.

The classic process: quote → checklist → AutoCAD → client plan → signature → reservation plan → tech sheets searched one by one. 3 pages of quotes = 4 hours. By hand. Every project.

With the system: all PDFs centralized in a database, I enter the references → designation, dimensions, water connections, electrical sockets, heights — everything fills automatically. Soon: import the quote PDF → the bot does the rest.

They draw. I type "450 × 600". Done.

Others spend hours drawing each element by hand on AutoCAD. I built modular blocks — every unit, every piece of equipment is parameterized. I type width and depth. The plan generates itself.

You stop re-reading files on Sunday night.

Before: every week, I pulled up every active file. I re-read each one to remember project by project — where I was, what I had to do, for whom, and what I absolutely couldn't forget to tell whom.

Now: a real-time delegation board. Design Bureau, Sales, Service, Accounting, Install — everyone sees who does what, at what phase. When you finish, you check off. The next person takes over. Everything is tracked. The board is everyone's memory.
